Pride of a Welfare State, rest in ensuring that each person does what he ought to do. – A child ought to be educated and develop into a fruitful citizen of its Country -
- Varnashrama Dharma prescribed 0-25 as the age for a person to get education. In this age he is not expected to do anything other than acquiring knowledge.
